***Ruben's last roof lasted 15 years and was tattered and torn by the Texas Climate. He just installed Roof #2 for me. Quality of installation once again off the charts. His crew was speedy, efficient and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone. He has been around longer than most of the area roofers. Pricing fair and reasonable. Very low key patient individual. Great guy to work with. When I move, he will be my roofer of choice at my new place whether it is a self designed new build or an existing build. *** From estimate to finishing out the job, September 2004, this company was professional and thorough in their work. They did my mother’s roof and it wasn’t a month later the roof was leaking. Every time it rained, the roof would leak. We contacted Faz, they came out twice and didn’t fix it. We then called another roofing company, which we had to pay $500. It was fixed. I would give then zero stars if I could.
FAZ ROOFING is the worse customer service experience that I’ve ever encountered. Consider other roofing companies before this one. I was a returning customer. This time, the quality was horrible. Shingles on my roof were not properly sealed, they messed up my satellite tv, which a DIRECTV technician had to come out and fix, and they also fixed a few other things that they messed up. After coming back a few times to complete the work,I paid them in full. Later Ruben Faz (the owner) wanted to charge me an additional $175 for a piece of wood ($7.30) in which they messed up and replaced. Ruben sent nasty/threatening text messages to my phone (which I will use for court purposes) because I simply asked him to break down those unnecessary charges. This was totally unprofessional on top of the poor work that was done. I would look elsewhere for future roofing and would never refer this company to anyone else. RESPONSE: Go figure that you would come on here and reply to attempt to clean your name by making me seem as if I am wrong. I TOLD YOU that your guys messed up my satellite and stopped my cable from working that day you came to my house due to poor sealing of the shingles, the holes they put in the front of my house, and the wood that they chipped. (I have pictures too). I have the work order and the receipt for that DIRECTV repair. If you wasn't so busy trying to go back and forth with me that day you would've clearly heard me. Apparently you don't listen to your customers. And the fact that you sent me nasty, ugly messages, and to top it off, name calling messages (WHICH I HAVE AS PROOF AND WILL POST THEM IF YOU CONTINUE THIS NONSENSE) is ridiculous and unheard of coming from a so called place of business. You are very unprofessional as a business owner. You need to learn how to LISTEN and TALK to your customers. The fact is you did not do a good job on my home, which is why you had to come back a few times. I'm sure you wouldn't like it Ruben if someone did a halfway job on your home. So yes, MY CONCERNS MATTER!!! Although it does not to you. You lost my business, my neighbor's business, and my brother-in-law's business that you would've had. I was a RETURNING CUSTOMER BECAUSE I TRUSTED YOUR COMPANY WITH MY HOME!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!!
They replaced my roof 6 years ago, now I have a leak due to them replacing my antenna incorrectly. They need to replace 2 shingles and caulk, wanting to charge $350 for replacing 2 shingles due to their poor workmanship. DON'T USE THEM, they are cheap to replace a roof but not to repair their mistakes
