Best roofing team in DFW! Best quality. Best value and most responsive owner/team! Do your homework, please. I bought a large house 8 years ago with a brand new roof with the highest quality materials which looked fine on inspection but was nothing but problems because of the installation. I went through 3 more roofers that couldn’t fix my problems. I talked with 4 more highly recommended companies before I replaced the entire roof with Jeff and Alpine roofing. I finally made the right choice! There are a lot of bad roofers out there and then there are good, knowledgeable roofers that will charge you way more than they need to. Alpine was both the highest quality and best value! Shop around and then hire Alpine. I was not disappointed!

Alpine Roofing was great to work with. They answered all our questions, made sure everything was done correctly and took care of business. We had some last minute things go wrong (as any job can) but the owner of the company personally made sure we had everything we needed and worked seamlessly with out insurance agent.

I am confused by all the 5-star reviews. Perhaps they do a better job for residential customers? Maybe it was because I was an out-of-town customer? I don’t know the answer. I just know they did a horrible job on one of my roofs. Every time it rains or snows, I have to push water off my flat roof, which supposedly has a slight slant for drainage. When I called Jeff to discuss it, he said “some ponding is to be expected”. I don’t think 1400 gallons of water is considered “ponding”, but I’m not a roofer. Then he got snippy because I called him directly, despite the fact that he gave me his number and told me to call him directly if I had any problems. After repeated calling and getting rebuffed, after a couple of years, I gave up. What about drains, you might be asking yourself? There are THREE! And the opening to each of them is ABOVE the roof line. I finally bought a multi-purpose water pump to pump the water off my roof. How do I know the number of gallons so specifically? The pump moves water at 1350 gallons per hour and it takes over an hour to get the water off my roof. I’m probably being conservative with 1400 gallons. They hired subcontractors who damaged my parking lot in more than one place, which never got fixed. They did not work well with our HVAC people. I could go on, but I’ll stop. To be fair, they did give us an excellent deal on the replacement. However, does that excuse the poor job they did?

Great customer service and communication throughout the process. Easy to work with and able to work with my schedule. They did an excellent job on the roof repairs and gutter repairs. Was even able to complete the work after my work hours and on the weekend. Would highly recommend this business.

I had damage to my roof from 2 huge branches of an oak tree which had caused leaks in my dining room. Alpine Roofing - Raymond Dean - came out and gave me an estimate including interior repairs. After some back and forth with my insurance company, we got it approved. The roofing crew came out and repaired and replaced the roof in one day! Then another crew came out on another day and did the interior repairs. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them for anyone needing similar work done.
